What we collect

Personal information collected through this website or during our service engagement — including names, contact details, and event preferences — is used only for service delivery, communication, and improving our offerings.

If you use the booking form, the details you enter can include your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, the number of performers, the number of guests, a budget range, the event date, the start and end time, the event type, and any notes you add. That request is sent to us via WhatsApp.

The site stores your language choice (English or Arabic) in your browser. The homepage also loads Vercel Web Analytics.

How we use it

We use that information for service delivery, communication, and improving our offerings. We do not use it for anything else.

Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Event details, guest lists, personal data, and any proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement shall not be disclosed to any third party without the client's prior written consent, except as required by law or regulatory authorities in the United Arab Emirates.

The law that applies

SEVENTOR is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and any applicable regulations issued by the UAE Data Office.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as we need it to deliver the service you asked for, to communicate with you about that service, and to meet a legal obligation. The terms do not set a fixed number of years.

Asking us about your data

Email hello@seventor.com to ask what personal data you have sent us, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will handle that request in line with the UAE personal data law.
