1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to SEVENTOR. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SEVENTOR website and services. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

SEVENTOR is a luxury entertainment and events management agency registered and operating in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Description of Services

SEVENTOR provides luxury entertainment and event management services, including but not limited to:

• Live entertainment and artist booking for hotels, corporate events, and private functions
• Event design, production, and management
• Government and official ceremony management
• VIP and private event coordination
• Technical production, sound, lighting, and staging

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on event requirements, timelines, and scope agreed upon between SEVENTOR and the client.

3. Booking & Service Agreements

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are considered confirmed upon the execution of a service agreement (contract) signed by both SEVENTOR and the client. The specific terms of each engagement — including scope, timeline, deliverables, and financial arrangements — shall be outlined in the individual service agreement.

Cancellation: Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees or refund policies, are defined within each individual service agreement. SEVENTOR strives to offer flexible arrangements and will work collaboratively with each client to accommodate changes whenever possible.

Modifications: Any changes to a confirmed booking must be communicated in writing and are subject to mutual agreement between both parties.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted and payable in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) unless otherwise specified in writing. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other methods as agreed. All prices are exclusive of applicable VAT (currently 5%) unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur an additional charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and design — is the exclusive property of SEVENTOR or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the United Arab Emirates and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any content without the prior written consent of SEVENTOR is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SEVENTOR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or data.
• SEVENTOR's total aggregate liability under any contract shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to such claim.
• SEVENTOR shall not be held responsible for any delays, failures, or disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, terrorism, extreme weather conditions, or any other event beyond our reasonable control.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding event requirements, venue details, and guest count.
• Ensure that the venue is accessible and suitable for the agreed services, with all necessary permits and licenses obtained prior to the event.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates during the event.
• Ensure the safety and security of SEVENTOR personnel and equipment at the venue.

8. Confidentiality

SEVENTOR treats all client information with the utmost confidentiality. Event details, guest lists, personal data, and any proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement shall not be disclosed to any third party without the client's prior written consent, except as required by law or regulatory authorities in the United Arab Emirates. This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of any service agreement.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

SEVENTOR is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and any applicable regulations issued by the UAE Data Office. Personal information collected through this website or during our service engagement — including names, contact details, and event preferences — will only be used for the purposes of service delivery, communication, and improving our offerings. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the services provided by SEVENTOR shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai. The parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation before commencing formal legal proceedings.

11. Amendments

SEVENTOR reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.
